Ordering & Shipping

How fast will my order arrive?
We ship from the Netherlands. Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium typically arrive in 1–3 business days; other EU countries in 3–7 business days.

Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders over €50.

Do you ship outside the EU?
We ship across Europe. For other destinations, contact us before ordering.

The Lamps

Are the lamps really handmade?
Yes. Every lamp is assembled by hand in Turkey — hundreds of pieces of hand-cut glass and beads, placed one by one. That's also why no two lamps are identical.

Which bulb do I need?
All our table lamps use a standard E14 fitting. We recommend a warm white (2700K) LED bulb — dimmable LED also works. Bulbs are not included.

My lamp looks slightly different from the photo — is that normal?
Yes, and it's the point: because each lamp is handmade, small variations in pattern are natural. Your lamp is one of a kind.

How do I clean my mosaic lamp?
Simply dust with a soft, dry cloth. No cleaning products needed.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
